At Montague Lake Pavilion, our indoor space comfortably seats up to 100 guests. For a more casual, mix-and-mingle event, we can accommodate 150–175 guests. For larger gatherings, some hosts choose to maximize the indoor space and add a tent on our patio, creating additional seating outdoors.

We have a curated list of approved catering and bartending vendors for you to choose from. Each vendor has been carefully vetted to ensure they hold the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance. We offer a range of options to suit various tastes and budgets, so you’re sure to find a vendor that will exceed your expectations!

No, we don’t require you to choose from a specific vendor list for services like photography, florals, or event planning. We understand that these are deeply personal choices, and we want you to have the freedom to work with the vendors who best suit your vision for your special day.

Candles with live flames are allowed, as long as they are enclosed in a container and the flame remains below the lip. Candles must also be attended at all times. To maintain the beauty of our venue, we ask that you follow a few simple décor guidelines: no tape, nails, glitter, confetti, birdseed, or loose feathers. Additionally, smoke and fog machines are not permitted.

Yes, all vendors working at Montague Lake Pavilion are required to provide their business license and certificate of insurance before the event day. This ensures that everything runs smoothly and safely.

Events may go until 11:00 PM, which is when cleanup begins. You don’t have to vacate the venue immediately, as you’ll have an additional two hours to clean up. We kindly ask that all items brought into the venue be removed by the end of the night to prepare the space for the next day’s events.

Yes, at a minimum, we require that you hire a day-of coordinator. While we don’t have an exclusive list of planners, the coordinator must be a professional, not a wedding guest. They’ll need to sign our planner agreement and submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

We do not have on-site getting-ready suites. However, there are numerous hotels and charming Airbnbs nearby, perfect for your bridal party to stay the night before and after the wedding. Many hair and makeup artists are happy to come to your Airbnb, making your morning stress-free and relaxed.
